Since Gun Ban Crime Up In Australia
An antigun zealot [from Australia] took issue with this progun blog and insisted that his country was safer since guns were banned. He didn’t, however, cite any sources. He kept emphasizing that “economics” plays a significant role as a cause for violence in Australia and the US. On the contrary it’s not poverty or the availability of guns but failure to observe Judeo-Christian values coupled with being raised in a broken home with no father that contributes to lawlessness.
Over 50 years ago when strict gun control was non-existent the types of shootings that horrifies us today were virtually nil. Why? Again, because US citizens took seriously the teachings of the Bible. A nation that fears God and follows biblical teachings never needs gun control because it exercises self control. The culture during that period in American history was, simply put, more God fearing than today. When the 1960s rolled in so did the welfare state which consequently encouraged black families to split up. Black women were raising male children alone whom they had difficulty in molding.

Apart from misrepresenting what i said (and I note that my post has now been deleted) I am surprised in returning to your blog that you have had nothing more to say about mass shootings, and “if only one person had a gun, they’d have stopped the massacre”
Hmm, diverted to global warming (G-d’s way of telling the planet to slow down?) and health care reform.
Now why would that be? There have still been no mass shooting, nor increase in crime since we effectively banned hand-guns. Our world hasn’t collapsed. What does seemed to have happened is the early signs of the collapse of the American Empire. There’s even a chance that the almighty greenback will be dropped as the world’s major trading currency.
Perhaps my prediction that your reliance on the 230 year old collective wisdom of some old blokes signing a nicely worded but ultimately deeply flawed document is coming to pass?
Especially now that you done gone and elected a black socialist to be your leader. Oh dear. Must be hard to sleep.
